Neopal is a strong member of the National Wooden Pallet & Container Association (NWPCA), and is one of the select few manufacturers in the world which have achieved SPEQTM Certification. This program involves extremely rigorous and comprehensive quality evaluations, requires strict adherence to manufacturing tolerances and defect specifications as defined by the NWPCA, and subjects our operations to quarterly unannounced inspections by independent auditors.
We utilize the latest version of the Pallet Design SystemTM. This system enables us to comprehensively computer test various designs for performance, durability and capacity characteristics. This can be particularly useful for comparing alternative configurations, and assisting you in designing the most efficient and cost effective pallet for your operation. PDS also produces detailed schematic drawings of your products which we utilize in our manufacturing operation to ensure your products are always built to your exact specifications.

While most clients prefer deliveries during normal business hours, we realize for some, 'normal' means around the clock. We can provide delivery in enclosed box vans or flatbed trailers as you desire, and because we maintain our own transportation fleet, we are able to schedule deliveries anytime of day you request.
Our entire management team is available to clients 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Even holidays - no exceptions. Sometimes all the sophistication in the world can't take the place of a real live person, and when you need us - we're always here for you.

Each client is provided with a secure page on our website where their own products can be viewed and ordered anytime, from anywhere in the world. Order confirmation and history are available online, or will be returned by email or fax. Additionally, photos, specifications and PDSTM drawings of your products are available at your fingertips.
Invoicing can be presented by traditional methods or electronically, as you prefer. If you wish to utilize electronic funds transfer or a corporate purchasing card for payment, no problem!
