We’re seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Industrial Automation & Controls Engineer to lead and support advanced automation projects across our cutting-edge Houston facility. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with strong growth potential in technical or leadership paths.
What You’ll Do:
Design, program, and maintain PLC/HMI control systems
Drive automation projects using robotics, vision systems, and AI
Optimize production through advanced controls and data integration
Lead equipment troubleshooting and predictive maintenance strategies
Champion safety and compliance across all systems
What You Bring:
Technical/engineering degree
Bilingual English/Spanish (Italian a plus)
Strong PLC/HMI and automation experience (Profinet/Profibus, sensors, controls)
Passion for innovation, hands-on problem solving, and continuous improvement
