Forklift Operator – Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Location: Houston, TX
Join Neopal, one of the larger and most advanced manufacturers of industrial wood products. We’re growing fast and looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to support our high-speed, safety-focused production facility in Houston.
What You’ll Do:
Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and finished products
Load and unload trucks, stage materials, and manage inventory movement
Support production and logistics teams to keep operations running smoothly
Perform equipment checks and follow all safety procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
What You Bring:
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
2+ years of forklift experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
Valid forklift certification or ability to be certified
Strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and reliability
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
