Maintenance Technician – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

What You’ll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain high-speed production equipment
Lead proactive preventive and predictive maintenance using CMMS
Support automation systems including PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics
Fabricate parts, fixtures, and improvements for equipment and facilities
Maintain organized tools, parts inventory, and a safe, clean shop
What You Bring:
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with PLCs, schematics, motor controls, and fabrication
Proactive mindset and commitment to quality, safety, and reliability
