Operations Manager – Bilingual

We’re growing fast and seeking a Bilingual Operations Manager to lead one of our core manufacturing departments and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily operations, production planning, and team performance
Manage KPIs, OKRs, and OEE to drive operational excellence
Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performance manufacturing team
Implement Lean Six Sigma practices and lead CI initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping)
Drive smart factory innovation using advanced automation, robotics, and digital tech
Champion safety, risk management, and operational efficiency
What You Bring:
B.S. in Industrial Engineering (Manufacturing focus)
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Experience in process design and optimization
Solid data analysis skills
Proven leadership in fast-paced manufacturing
Lean Six Sigma proficiency (certified or demonstrated expertise)
Strong technical and interpersonal skills
Experience with CAD and process control tools is a plus
